Position Description

The NRH Centre is seeking an experienced and compassionate Physical/Aquatic Therapy Contractor to provide individualized hydrotherapy sessions for clients with developmental and physical disabilities. This is a hands-on, independent contractor position working with a diverse group of children and adults.
Contractors manage their own schedules and coordinate directly with clients to deliver high-quality, personalized aquatic therapy programs.

What We're Looking For
• Provide therapy sessions for clients with developmental and physical disabilities.
• Plan and implement effective programs based on individual needs.
• Coordinate scheduling and communication directly with clients.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all sessions and therapy plans.
• Ensure client safety and comfort throughout all sessions.
• Current Certificate.
• Current American Red Cross CPR certification (may be obtained after hire).
• Moderate knowledge of all swimming strokes.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Additional Information
• Compensation: 75% of session fee.
• The NRH Centre is a busy, community-oriented recreation facility with active aquatic and fitness programs.
